The first step is opening a new document. On page setup, look for the margins tab and select "book fold". This would divide the paper into 2 (4 sheets if you are going to Brochure Printing Basics both sides). After this, set up the margins. Make sure that your margins are not too close to either the fold or any of the edges, as this would increase the chances of Brochure Printing Basics errors. A margin of in between ½ to 1 inch is considered to be good enough for most purposes.
