USPS EDDM: About Assistance provider

All primary circumstances for conventional mails are met,
Each individual mailing should involve not less than 200 items or think about at least 50 weight.
All mails should be properly categorized and sequenced according to carrier routes.
All mails should have appropriate ZIP Requirements (orZip+4 Codes). The details on these mails must be EDDM Printing clearly or legibly.  There are certain requirements for placing details on the mails. 
Be suitable for automated and must have delivery-point bar code scanners for particular costs.
